Dee Wallace is a solid, talented actress on whom many of the horror genre’s favorite directors have come to depend. For more than 30 years she’s been in some of horror’s most well-loved flicks, and she’s a fan favorite on the convention scene, not only for her acting, but for her kindness. I’ve met Dee many times over the last 8 years, and I love her dearly, both onscreen and in person. So it’s with great pleasure that I announce this is Dee Wallace Week at Death Ensemble.
I’ll be reviewing a number of Dee’s movies, starting with my favorite, Joe Dante’s werewolf flick THE HOWLING. Make sure to come back each day to see what great content we’ve got from Dee’s career, and next weekend we’ll bestow a special honor on my favorite horror actress.
If you haven’t checked out my interview with Dee from last month’s Mad Monster Party con, you definitely should do so now.
Special thanks to Dee for a long career in horror that’s kept so many of us frightened.
